• Information provided by users in investment advisory agreements, brokerage account applications, and other documents completed during account opening and maintenance; 
• Information users provide orally during administrative or technical support interactions;
• Information received from third parties, such as brokerage firms, regarding user transactions with us or others.

This information includes, but is not limited to, names, Social Security numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, net worth, annual income, and account numbers.

We do not disclose nonpublic personal financial information about users to nonaffiliated third parties, except:

• When required to execute transactions or provide requested services; 
• When specifically authorized by users in writing;
• When permitted or required by law.

Within Advisors Crypto, Inc., access to user personal financial information is restricted to employees who require it to provide administrative or technical support. To ensure security and confidentiality, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including off-site backups in a secure environment, anti-virus software, and password-protected access to user data.

These policies apply to both current and former users in our capacity as a registered investment advisory firm. Information may be shared with regulators as required.
