Introduction
Advisors Crypto, Inc. (AC) is an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We provide automated investment advice exclusively through our interactive website, www.advisorscrypto.com. Brokerage and investment advisory services differ, and it’s important to understand these differences. Free tools to research firms and financial professionals are available at www.investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about advisers, broker-dealers, and investing.
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
We offer discretionary investment management services to retail investors, including individuals and high-net-worth individuals, solely through our online platform, effective April 2025, under SEC Rule 203A-2(e). Here’s how it works:
- Model Selection: You complete an online questionnaire about your risk tolerance, goals, and time horizon. Our system software, recommends one of ten or more portfolio models. You choose a model via the platform; we may show illustrative holdings before you sign up, with final positions set after onboarding, confirmed selection.
- Portfolio Management: We manage your account with full discretion, meaning we buy, sell, or hold investments within your chosen model without asking for approval per trade. AI is used for review of portfolio holdings at least monthly, using technical data from TradingView and Finviz to adjust positions when deemed needed (e.g., swapping out-of-trend assets). The active models shifts more frequently (weekly), while others like AC Classic are more static (monthly, quarterly).
- Monitoring: Your account is monitored continuously. You get quarterly statements from our custodians , primarily Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., showing holdings and transactions.
- Requirements: There’s no minimum account size, making our services accessible to all.
Conversation Starters:
- Given my financial situation, should I choose a robo investment advisory service? Why or why not?
- How will AC choose investments to recommend to me?
- What is AC relevant experience, including licenses, education, and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?
What fees will I pay?
You’ll pay an asset-based fee for our services, calculated as a percentage of your account’s average daily balance, billed quarterly in arrears starting April 5, 2025. Here’s the schedule:
- First $1 million: 0.25% quarterly (1.0% annually)
- Next $1 million: 0.1875% quarterly (0.75% annually)
- Over $2 million: 0.125% quarterly (0.50% annually)
Example: If your account is $500,000 , you’d pay $1,250 (0.25% of $500,000) for that quarter period, or $5,000 annually. Fees are deducted directly from your account with your permission.
You’ll also pay third-party fees—like brokerage commissions, transaction costs, and ETF expenses—charged by Schwab or crypto custodians (e.g., Gemini, Anchorage Digital). These vary by trade and are separate from our fee; we don’t receive any portion. More frequent trading may increase these costs. You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying.
Conversation Starter:
- Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?
What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser? How else does your firm make money and what conflicts of interest do you have?
When we act as your investment adviser, we must act in your best interest and not put our interests ahead of yours. At the same time, how we make money creates some conflicts with your interests. You should understand and ask us about these conflicts because they can affect the advice we provide. Here are examples:
- Custodian Benefits: We recommend Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. as your custodian and receive research tools and services from them (e.g., trading platforms). These “soft dollar” benefits help us manage your account but don’t reduce your fees, creating a conflict as we may favor Schwab over other options.
- Personal Trading: Our employees, including Eric Kendrick (our CEO and Compliance Officer), may trade the same securities as you (e.g., crypto, ETFs). We manage this through our Code of Ethics, requiring pre-approval to avoid harming your interests.
We earn revenue only from our advisory fees—not from commissions, referrals, or selling products. Our automated platform ensures advice is driven by your model choice, not human bias.

- How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?
How do your financial professionals make money?
AC employees are salaried and focused on platform operations and compliance—not providing personal advice. They don’t earn commissions or bonuses tied to your investments, reducing conflicts. Our advice is fully automated, so no one profits from specific trades.
Do you or your financial professionals have legal or disciplinary history?
No, Advisors Crypto, Inc. and its management have no material legal or disciplinary history to report. However, litigation matters at times arise as noted in our Form ADV Part 1A; and not considered material to your evaluation of our services but is available upon request. Visit www.investor.gov/CRS for a free search tool to research us.
